Middlepath Boys U17 Red Devils crowned Champions at Rider Cup
The Middlepath FC Boys Red Devils were crowned BU17 Champions at the prestigious Rider Cup tournament organized by Rider University, New Jersey on June 23 - 24. The team, coached by Jay Myers, formerly of Bard College and now at Dominican College, defeated Nationally ranked Vorheese Hurricanes from New Jersey in the final match on penalty shootout. The winning goal was scored by goalkeeper, Erick Shum which kept the team's undeated record intact.
Players included Antonio Laveglia, Brett Anker, Jonathan Glossner, Josh Maley, Jeff Kasouff, Joe Emberger, Graeme Parinello, Willy Gonzalez, Ben Nicholas, Erick Shum, Justin Good, Jesus Salas, Matt Turcio, David Newman, John O’Conner and Brandan Lavine.

Champions of the 2007 Lagrange Winter Cup Middlepath BU-17’s retain Lagrange Cup Trophy for a second consecutive year with an undefeated performance in the U19 age bracket.

Reached the Final of the MAPS/MSSL Boys Winter Showcase defeating HBC Outlaws, PSC Coppa, East Brunswick Lightning, and Eastern FC Force.

Undefeated in the MAPS Fall league sitting in second place with 2 games in hand and the highest positive goal difference in the league.

Soccer Coliseum indoor College Showcase (which does not declare a tournament winner) the Red Devils defeated Beachside, FC Westchester, and World Class.

Currently, according to USA Rank, the Red Devils are 7th in NY, 30 in Region 1, and 82 Nationally.

Middlepath FC Boys U16 took first place, going undefeated, in the Lagrange Winter Cup
at the Net on Feb. 18, 2006.
